Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNKe. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
VPNKe provides network acceleration across 120+ countries and 150+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The specific regions, routes, and client access points available at any given time are shown on the website and in the user panel. Some international websites or third-party platforms may decide whether to provide content based on the exit region, account status, and their own rules. VPNKe does not control third-party review or access policies.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before activation, users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and intended use, and keep their subscription details secure.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; simply set a username and password. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for all activity carried out through their account. If credentials are exposed, unusual logins are detected, or subscription details are shared externally, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the affected information.
Each account may be used on any number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices managed by that person. Unlimited devices do not permit public credential sharing, distribution among multiple people, subscription splitting, or resale. Without permission, users may not copy subscription details for commercial operation, create accounts in bulk through automation, consume route resources excessively, or interfere with other users’ normal connections.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, and must determine for themselves whether their network activities are lawful. The service may not be used for fraud, system intrusion, distribution of malware, harassing communications, intellectual property infringement, data theft, or any other unlawful activity.
Users must also follow the terms of the websites and third-party services they access. Users are solely responsible for liability arising from submitted content, account activity, transactions, or violations of third-party terms. VPNKe may take necessary action after receiving a valid complaint or identifying clear abusive behavior.
Service Availability and Liability
Route performance may be affected by network congestion, carrier routing, device conditions, third-party platform changes, maintenance, and other external factors. VPNKe continuously maintains available routes but does not promise service beyond its published scope for any particular region or website, a fixed speed, or uninterrupted connectivity.
Planned maintenance will, where possible, be announced through on-site notices. Unexpected network changes, security incidents, or upstream problems may require some routes to be switched, suspended, or taken offline temporarily. Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative arrangements for their intended use. Liability for third-party service outages, incorrect device configuration, or losses caused by violations of these terms will be handled to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Restrictions and Termination
If a user resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, maliciously consumes resources, attacks network infrastructure, disrupts service operations, engages in unlawful activity, or refuses to correct a violation, VPNKe may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account depending on the circumstances. To investigate security risks, VPNKe may require the user to update their password or obtain subscription details again.
After an account is terminated, the user can no longer use the associated subscription or user panel features. Termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination and does not release the user from obligations arising from the consequences of a violation.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund may be requested without providing a reason within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket portal in the user panel so the order and payment records can be verified. Refunds are processed according to the original order and payment method. Requests involving refund abuse, subscription resale, unlawful use, or similar circumstances will be reviewed under these terms and applicable rules.
These terms may be updated due to service changes, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Important changes will be posted on the website or in the user panel, with the update month stated. Revised terms apply to subsequent use from the date of publication; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the service and submit a refund request if you meet the applicable conditions.
