VPNKe offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Before submitting a request, confirm the order, payment status, and current plan details so route selection, client import, or target-service region limits are not mistaken for a billing issue.

Submit refund requests through the ticket entry in the user panel. After identifying the relevant order and reason, the request is handled under the refund rules in the Terms of Service. Depending on the payment method, the relevant payment channel may complete the refund; this page makes no additional promise about settlement timing beyond the processing result.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. The reset follows the actual activation date rather than a shared calendar-month schedule. Before activation, estimate capacity from your usual video, file-syncing, and development tasks instead of judging by a single use case.

Do data passes expire?

Data passes remain available until used and never expire. Unlike monthly plans, they do not reset each month on the activation date, making them suitable for irregular usage when you want to keep unused data.

How are mid-cycle monthly plan upgrades handled?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the exact result shown in the user panel when submitting the upgrade, then continue after confirming it.

How many devices can use one plan?
