account / credential

Create an account and open the panel

Open the VPNKe account creation page in the user panel. Set a username that is easy for you to recognize, then create a unique password. VPNKe does not require an email address for registration; these credentials are used to sign in later, view plans, and retrieve your subscription. Submit the form when finished. The page should open the user panel automatically. If it does not, choose “Log in” in the top navigation and sign in with the credentials you just created.

Keep your username consistent because the same account is used to view orders and manage your subscription. Use a password that is different from those used on other websites, and store it in a trusted password manager. Do not enable automatic sign-in on a public or shared device; sign out manually when finished. Forgetting your username can make it harder to recover your subscription, so after opening the panel for the first time, check that the account information shown in the upper-right corner is correct.

After signing in successfully, stay on the account overview first. This is the starting point for the remaining steps, with your subscription status, usage information, and common entry points. You do not need to copy any link yet; choose a plan based on your actual usage first. Creating an account only establishes your panel identity—it does not automatically choose a billing period or data tier for you.

Choose a plan and place an order

After opening the Plans section in the user panel, distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. A monthly subscription resets its data each month on the activation date and suits regular use. A data package is consumed by total volume, remains available until used, and never expires, making it better for occasional use. The page lists the price and data allowance for each tier. You do not need to memorize the details here; use the information currently shown on the Plans page when ordering.

When choosing a tier, start with your everyday usage. Web browsing, document syncing, and text-based AI tools usually depend more on connection stability, while HD video, system updates, and large file transfers consume data faster. Consider the combined usage of all devices on the account, not just one session. VPNKe supports unlimited devices, but traffic from every device counts toward the relevant subscription, so leave some headroom if you use several devices regularly.

After selecting a plan, the order page shows the chosen item, amount due, and available payment methods. VPNKe supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Review the order before continuing with payment, then return to the panel after payment is complete; do not create the same order again. If the page still shows a pending status, refresh the order history later. If the status remains unchanged for a long time, check the Billing and Refunds category in the Help Center or submit a ticket through the user panel.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. You do not need to choose the highest tier upfront just to avoid changing plans later. Start with a clear estimate of your needs, then decide whether to upgrade based on actual usage in the panel. All plans include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy; follow the Terms of Use and panel ticket instructions for the specific process.

subscription / copy

Get your subscription in the panel

Once the order is active, return to the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section, where you may see options to copy the subscription, open a client, or visit the downloads area. The subscription link gives the client access to the routes available to your account. It is not a regular web address and should not be opened directly in a browser. Select “Copy subscription” to place the complete link on the clipboard, then switch to the client and import it.

The subscription link is a personal account credential. Anyone who obtains it may be able to import your routes on another device, so do not paste it into public posts, screenshots, group chats, or online testing tools. The example in this guide is only for identifying the format, for example:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above is a placeholder value and cannot be used to connect. Your actual link can only be copied from the VPNKe user panel after signing in. If you have shared a subscription link by mistake, check the available subscription reset options in the panel. If you cannot find the relevant option, describe the situation in a ticket so support can help. After a reset, configurations imported from the old link may need to be updated again.

Before copying, confirm that the order is active. If no subscription information appears in the overview, check the order history instead of repeatedly creating accounts or paying again. If payment succeeded but the subscription is not visible, sign in to the panel again and check once more. If it is still missing, visit the “Account and Subscription” category in the Help Center. Keep the panel open after copying; once the client import succeeds, you will still need it to check usage and expiration details.

Open Account Overview Your active subscription is shown only in the signed-in panel.
client / import

Import into clients on each platform

Open the client downloads area in the user panel and get the VPNKe client or a compatible client listed for your operating system. This site does not provide static installation packages on its marketing pages; download links, subscription import instructions, and account status are all centralized in the user panel. After installation, the core workflow has only three actions: find the subscription import option, paste the link you copied earlier, and run an update until the routes appear.

Windows

Download the Windows client from the panel and complete the installation. Open it, go to subscription or configuration management, and choose to add a subscription from a link. Paste the subscription into the address field from the clipboard. Save it, run an update, and wait for region and route names to appear on the main screen. If Windows asks for network permission, confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed before allowing it to create a local network connection.

After the first import, avoid changing advanced options right away. Use the client’s default mode to verify the connection first, then adjust the system proxy or routing rules for specific software needs. For complex rules and routing modes, continue with the AI Tools Guide and Help Center.

macOS

Get a compatible macOS client from the user panel and complete any permissions requested by the system after installation. Open the client’s configuration or subscription page, choose import via URL, paste the subscription link, and save it. Then update the configuration and wait for the route list to load. If a client status icon appears in the menu bar, use it to switch routes quickly, but during your first setup, check the subscription name and update time in the full window.

macOS may ask you to allow a new network configuration. The client needs this permission to manage connections that require acceleration. If the import succeeds but the connection cannot be established, close other similar network tools first, reopen the client, and test again. See the Help Center for guidance on system permissions, sleep and wake behavior, and background operation.

Android

Sign in to the user panel on your Android device and open the downloads area to see the client currently available. After installing and opening it, find the subscription, configuration, or profile section on the home screen or side menu, then choose import from a link. Long-press the input field to paste the subscription address and run an update. When the routes finish loading, the client will usually return to the main screen and show a list of regions to choose from.

The first time you tap Connect, Android displays a network connection permission dialog. Review the app name, confirm it, and continue. A connection indicator in the status bar means the client has established the tunnel. To reduce interruptions caused by background restrictions, follow the client’s instructions to review background operation settings. The location of these settings varies considerably between devices, so this page does not cover manufacturer-specific menus.

iOS

On iOS, first check the downloads area in the user panel for the recommended compatible client and acquisition method. After installation, return to the panel to copy the subscription, then switch to the client and find Add Subscription, Import from URL, or Remote Configuration. Paste the link, save it, and refresh the subscription. A successful import should show a route list rather than only a raw web address.

When starting the connection for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it, then return to the client and choose a route. If the subscription link is not recognized directly from the clipboard, use the client’s manual URL entry instead of sending the link to an unknown web converter. Menu names differ between iOS clients, but the sequence remains the same: add a remote configuration, update it, choose a route, and connect.

connect / verify

Connect to a route and verify it works

After the subscription update finishes, choose a region from the route list that suits your current use. For the first test, start with a geographically closer route to confirm the basic connection before comparing other regions. Click Connect and wait for the client status to change to Connected. Do not rely only on the button color; open a page that requires an internet connection and confirm that it loads normally without the connection dropping immediately.

Next, open this site’s IP Lookup page and check whether the current exit region matches the selected route. Before verifying, you can note the region shown while disconnected, then refresh the page after connecting for comparison. If the region has changed and commonly used pages continue loading, the subscription import and connection process is complete. Some apps retain earlier network sessions, so close and reopen the app during testing to prevent an old connection from affecting the result.

If the client shows Connected but the IP lookup result has not changed, first check that the correct system proxy or network mode is enabled in the client, then make sure the browser is not using a separate proxy setting. If only one app is inaccessible, restart that app before deleting the subscription. If no pages load, disconnect from the current route, switch to another route in the same region, and connect again.

If you encounter repeated timeouts, subscription update failures, or incomplete system authorization, visit the Help Center and check the Connection and Troubleshooting category step by step. Route types, region selection, persistent AI tool connections, and developer environment configuration are advanced topics covered in the Complete Guide to AI Tool Access. This page leaves out complex rules to keep the first-use workflow focused.

daily use / maintain

Everyday use and follow-up checks

After the first verification, everyday use only requires opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. You do not need to import the subscription again each time the client starts, but update it regularly so the client receives the routes currently available to your account. When switching devices, sign in to the same user panel on the new device and follow the steps for that platform. VPNKe supports unlimited devices, so you do not need to create a separate account for each one.

During use, check traffic and subscription status in the account overview. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. If usage differs from what you expect, check whether another device with the imported subscription is running, then see whether the client is using global mode. For billing, refunds, or order status, rely on the order history in the panel and the Terms of Use.

The initial setup is now complete. You do not need to reinstall the client when changing routes. For advanced split routing, command-line environments, or IDE plugins, consult the relevant section of the in-depth guides. Keeping basic connectivity separate from advanced configuration makes it easier to identify whether an issue belongs to the account, subscription, client, or a specific app.
